Design at your pace, delivered digitally.
Perfect for clients who want a professional design plan with the flexibility to complete their space on their own timeline. Bandelier's e-design service includes custom floor plans, design boards, furniture and decor selections, color guides, and a clickable ordering spreadsheet. You'll have everything you need to create a warm, cohesive, and beautifully finished room at your own pace.

Investment
$650 – $1,500 per room
Flat rate per room, priced by size, scope, and level of design support needed. Powder rooms and smaller spaces generally start around $550; larger living rooms and open-concept spaces may require a higher investment.
The process
01 · Discovery Call & Questionnaire
After selecting your e-design package, we'll begin with a discovery call to look closely at your space and talk through your goals, style, needs, budget, timeline, and any pieces you'd like to keep. You'll complete a design questionnaire and share photos, measurements, and inspiration. Once everything is received and reviewed, Bandelier begins creating a thoughtful plan tailored to your home and the way you live.
02 · Design & Review
Bandelier creates a custom design concept for your space, including floor plans, design boards, furniture and decor selections, color guidance, and layout recommendations. You'll have the opportunity to review the design and share feedback so we can make thoughtful refinements before finalizing your plan.
03 · Final Design Delivery
Once revisions are complete, your final e-design package is delivered with everything you need to bring your space to life — final design boards, floor plans, clickable furniture and decor links, color guides, styling notes, and an easy-to-use ordering spreadsheet so you can purchase and install at your own pace.

In-Home Design
Hands-on design, start to finish.
Perfect for local clients who want hands-on design support from start to finish. Whether you're furnishing a room, refreshing a space you already love, or making renovation selections, Bandelier helps bring clarity, warmth, and intention to your home. From layouts and finishes to styling and final details, we'll work together to create a space that feels beautiful, personal, and livable.

Investment
$2,000 – $4,000 per room
Flat design fee per room, with 50% due before design begins and the balance due before completion. Includes the custom plan, mood boards, floor plans, samples, selections, finish recs, and presentation materials. For full-service projects we can assist with ordering, tracking, and receiving items. Additional trade vendors (painters, electricians, installers) are paid directly by the client. For a fully finished room, plan for an overall investment of at least $15,000 per room, including furnishings, decor, materials, and applicable vendor costs.

We'll meet in your home to walk through the space, discuss your style, needs, budget, and timeline, and take any necessary photos or measurements. Afterward, we'll provide recommendations and a proposal for moving forward.
03 · Design & Selections
Bandelier creates a thoughtful design plan with layout guidance, furniture and decor selections, color direction, finish recommendations, and design boards to help bring your vision to life.
04 · Final Details & Styling
Once selections are approved, we'll help complete the space with ordering guidance, styling direction, and finishing touches so your home feels warm, cohesive, and beautifully pulled together.

Bandelier offers à la carte design services for smaller updates, finishing details, and focused design guidance. Services may include paint color consultations, styling sessions, finishing touches, furniture sourcing, layout guidance, and hourly design support.

How long does the e-design process take?
Most e-design boards are completed within 2 weeks after we receive your completed questionnaire, photos, measurements, and any inspiration images or existing pieces you'd like us to consider.
Do I have to buy everything on the shopping list?
Not at all! Your e-design package gives you a complete roadmap for your space, but you can bring it to life at your own pace and within your budget. Many clients start with paint, a rug, or a few key furniture pieces, then layer in additional items over time.
What if I want to keep some existing furniture?
We love working with pieces you already own. During your discovery call and questionnaire, you'll let us know what items you'd like to keep, and we'll design around those pieces to create a space that feels cohesive, intentional, and refreshed.
Is there a markup on the products you recommend?
No. There is no product markup for e-design. You purchase directly from the vendors at regular retail pricing. Bandelier's design fee is strictly for the time, sourcing, planning, and design expertise that goes into creating your custom space.
Can I make edits to the design?
Yes. One round of revisions is included with your e-design package within 30 days of receiving the final presentation. Any additional revisions or changes beyond that may be billed at an hourly rate.
Will you install or style the space for me?
For local clients, yes. If you live nearby, Bandelier can help with styling, placement, and installation at an additional hourly rate. This is a great option if you want help bringing the final details together once your pieces have arrived.
Do you order the products, or do I?
For e-design, you will order the products yourself when you are ready. Your final package will include everything you need — product links, sizes, colors, fabrics, finishes, and a clickable ordering spreadsheet to make the process simple and organized. For in-home projects, large furniture and oversized items (over 100 pounds) are shipped directly to your home. Clients are responsible for receiving deliveries, inspecting items for damage, keeping original packaging, and safely storing pieces until installation day. Smaller accessories and finishing touches will be brought in on installation day for final styling.
Can I purchase a design package for a friend or family member?
Of course. E-design packages make wonderful gifts because they are a one-time design cost and can be completed on the recipient's timeline. Email Bandelier, and we can help you purchase the package. The recipient will then complete the design questionnaire so we can get to know their home, style, and goals.
