These Terms govern your use of the Bandelier marketing site. They do not govern client design work, which is handled through a separate written agreement.
Acceptance
By accessing or using bandelier.studio(the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About Bandelier
The Site is operated by Bandelier LLC, a Virginia limited liability company led by Megan Ferguson and based in Loudoun County, Virginia. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “Bandelier” refer to Bandelier LLC.
Site content
All text, images, layout, design, and code on the Site are the property of Bandelier or its licensors, unless otherwise credited. All rights are reserved.
You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site’s content without written permission.
Services and pricing
Descriptions of design services (including E-Design, In-Home Design, and à la carte offerings) and any prices shown on the Site are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute an offer or a binding contract.
Actual design services are provided under a separate written agreement between Bandelier and the client, which will describe the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for the project.
No professional advice
Content on the Site (including journal entries and portfolio case studies) is provided for general information and inspiration only. It does not constitute professional design, construction, or interior architecture advice. Reviewing this content does not create a designer-client relationship.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, products, or vendors. Those links are provided for convenience only. Bandelier does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for third-party content or practices.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bandelier disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bandelier will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Bandelier’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
