Bandelier LLC (“Bandelier”) is a Virginia limited liability company operated by Megan Ferguson. This site (bandelier.studio) is the studio’s marketing site. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bandelier LLC.

Contact form submissions. When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you’re interested in, the spaces you’re thinking about designing, and any message you include.

Automatically collected data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects standard web server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. These are used for security, error monitoring, and site performance.

Cookies. This site does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers. The only cookies set are essential ones required for site functionality (for example, a preview-mode cookie for our content management system when in use by us).

Contact form submissions are emailed to us so we can respond to your inquiry. We use the email address and phone number you provide to reply to your message and, if appropriate, schedule a discovery call.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The site relies on the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Vercel — website hosting and server infrastructure.
• Sanity — content management system used by us to edit site content.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Cloudflare — DNS provider for the domain.
• Proton Mail — the mailbox that receives inquiries sent via the contact form.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@bandelier.studio. We will respond within 30 days. If you are a California, EU, or UK resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, GDPR, or UK GDPR respectively; the same email address is our point of contact for those requests.

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox indefinitely so we can maintain records of client correspondence, unless you request deletion. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for approximately 30 days.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. If we make material changes, we will indicate the change clearly on this page.
